‘Spot & Win Merdeka Contest’ by SENZ Terms & Conditions

Before joining SENZ’s “Spot & Win Merdeka Contest” on our official Facebook and Instagram pages, please read and understand the Terms & Conditions.

CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Terms & Conditions apply to all participants of the SENZ ‘Spot & Win Merdeka Contest’ on Facebook and Instagram. Participants are to agree with the Terms & Conditions as stated below:

Eligibility

The Contest is open to all Malaysians, Permanent Residents of Malaysia and anyone residing in Malaysia at time of Contest. Employees of SENZ, its subsidiaries and affiliates, agencies or any company associated with the activity and Contest and / or the immediate family members of such persons are prohibited from entering. The participant will need to be 18 years old and above to enter.

Contest Criteria

1.Participants must LIKE SENZ Malaysia’s official Facebook page or FOLLOW SENZ Malaysia’s Instagram page.

2.Participants are required to SPOT how many difference are there in the two (2) images provided and submit the answer in the Comment section.

3.Participants are required to REACT to the post

4.Participants are required TAG 1 friend to challenge them to join the contest.

Contest Duration

The Contest starts on 19th August 2020 (Wednesday) and ends on 17th September 2020 (Thursday), 11:59pm. Any answers / comments submitted past the mentioned deadline is invalid.

Winners’ Criteria

This contest is open to new LIKES on SENZ Malaysia’s official Facebook page or new FOLLOWERS on SENZ Malaysia’s Instagram page only.

There will be only ONE (1) winner. The winner will be selected based on the correct answer given AND must fulfil all the Criteria as stated in the ‘Contest Criteria’ section above. The winner will be chosen by the Management of SENZ Malaysia. Members that participate through PM (Personal Message) will not be entertained. The Management’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained. The winner is only entitled to ONE (1) prize.

Prizes

ONE (1) winner will win the following prize:
1 x Grand Prize: SENZ Gas Stove worth RM1,299.00

Prize Collection / Distribution

The winner is requested to collect the SENZ products from SENZ Malaysia HQ Showroom (Puchong). Prize collection is valid for 30 days from winner announcement; 19th October 2020 (Monday) is the last day for prize collection.

Winners are requested to make prior appointment for prize collection at the HQ showroom with SENZ management via Facebook PM, to ensure that the prize is ready for collection and to avoid any disappointment.

Winner Announcement

The winners will be announced via an Announcement Post on SENZ Malaysia’ Facebook and Instagram page on 19th September 2020 (Saturday), and also contacted via Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct Message. Personal Particulars such as Full Name, VALID Email Address and Mobile Phone Number will be requested for verification purposes. Winners will have to get back to us within THREE (3) days of private message via Facebook Messenger. If we do not hear from you by then, another winner will be selected.

Due to prize collection / distribution logistics, only winners from within Klang Valley will be confirmed. If contacted winner is not from within Klang Valley, another winner will be selected.

Participation in the Contest implies that participants agree to all the Terms & Conditions as herewith stated. Any participants caught using any unfair means will be immediately disqualified. If necessary, SENZ Malaysia is entitled to shorten or extend the Contest Duration without prior notice.

In the unlikely event that the prize is unavailable, SENZ Malaysia has the right to replace the prize with another product of similar value.
