Q: Why choose SENZ Invisible Hood?

Q: Do I need to install hose / piping for Invisible Hood?
A: SENZ invisible hood can be installs with or without hose / piping.You will need to make sure whether you are allow to open a hole in your kitchen wall to extract the grease out of the house. Normally it will not be an issue for a landed property. However, for a condo unit, normally it is forbidden to do so.

• You can choose hood that need to install hose / piping if you are able to open a hole in your kitchen wall, this type of hood normally comes with greater suction power.
• You can need to choose hood that’s come with recycle / recirculation mode if you are unable to open a hole. Grease will be filter by an aluminium filter and odour will be filtered by charcoal filter before clean air is release back to the house.

Q: How long do I need to wash the aluminium filter?

Q: How long do I need to replace the charcoal filter? Can I wash the charcoal filter?
A: Charcoal filter cannot be washed and it needs to be replaced every 6 to 12 months depending on your usage. You can purchase the charcoal filter from us.

Q: What is the difference between SENZ Invisible Hood and Slim Hood?
A: Our invisible hood is currently the only cooker hood in Malaysia that comes with an ultra slim 6mm design and 1200 m3/h suction power is also higher than other slim hood.

Q: Will the grease get into the motor of Invisible Hood?
A: No, because we uses 6-layer aluminium filter to filter grease, plus the charcoal filter will be installed on both side of the motor, therefore grease will not get into the motor easily.

Q: What are the things I need to pay attention when installing Invisible Hood?
A:
1) The thickness of the kitchen cabinet board cannot exceed 18mm

A: No, invisible hood cannot be install without a kitchen cabinet.

Q: What is the installation height for invisible hood?
A: It will be according to your kitchen cabinet height, normally is around 650mm.
