What to take note of when purchasing SENZ products?

Product Warranty
When buying any SENZ products, we strongly encourage you to purchase directly from SENZ, or from our list of Authorised Dealers. This is because only SENZ products that are purchased from our SENZ Authorised Dealers is provided with direct factory product warranty.
If you have purchased SENZ products from other unauthorised dealers that are not listed in our Authorised Dealers’ list, it will not covered by our SENZ product warranty.

After-Sales Service
SENZ offer prompt after-sales service for all SENZ products that are purchased from our Authorised Dealers, our official website, Lazada Official Store or from SENZ showrooms. Thus, you need to take note that if you have bought any SENZ product from unauthorised dealers or via other online shopping platforms, you will have to contact these independent sellers or online shopping platforms directly for product warranty and if you require any after-sales service.
Where can I purchase SENZ products in Malaysia?
