A: We have 5 models that comes with intelClean function:

Q: Which type of auto cleaning is better? Water or heat function?
A: Steam + heat auto cleaning function is currently the most effective way to remove stubborn grease in the market. Water will transform into hot steam through a heat pump to effectively remove stubborn grease.

Q: Does intelClean cooker hood need to install pipe / piping?
A: Except for SZ-CH9388AC, SZ-CH338i, SZ-CH9633AC, SZ-CH336iAC and SZ-CH938iAC need to install hose / piping.

Q: Will the motor get rusted easily when using water auto cleaning function?
A: There will be high speed drying function at the end of the auto cleaning process, thus motor will not get rusted easily.

Q: What is the difference between CH938iAC and CH338iAC intelClean Twin Turbo Cooker Hood
A: SZ-CH938iAC is our latest intelClean cooker hood, and the main difference between CH938iAC and SZ-CH338i is that:
CH938iAC comes with motion sensor technology where CH338i is normal touch sensor button
CH938iAC does not have a turbo function but the suction is slightly higher than CH338i by 100 m3/h

A: Both of these cooker hood comes with Twin Turbo motor where its suction power can go up to 1900 m3/h (for CH938iAC). It is equipped with intelligent cleaning technology that uses a 9-minute 110°C heat + water cleaning system to effectively remove stubborn grease.

Q: How do I prolong the lifespan or maintain the heat pump for CH938iAC and CH338i?
A: It is advisable to use boiled water instead of unfiltered water to perform auto cleaning function as unfiltered water will contain impurities that might damage the water pump.
