Return Policy

1. Product exchange within 7 days after purchase.
2. Product exchange within 7 days after purchase.
3. Products can be exchanged if there is a manufacturing fault.
4. Products sold are not refundable.
5. Products can be exchanged provided that the products are in new and original
6. The difference will not be returned if the price of the exchange item is lower than the original item.

8. SENZ Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to alter this policy at any time.
9. STRICTLY NO exchange for items sold under / such as Flat Price, Mark Down, and Stock Clearance items, which you will see the term [Not valid for Exchange] in the Invoice.

Exchange or returns by courier services.

1. All goods / items will be inspected on return.
2. The goods are your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse, so make sure it is packed properly and cannot get any damages on the way.
3. We try hard to accept all exchanges and returns request but in the unfortunate events that the item returned is in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you at your cost or dispose of it accordingly.
4. We’re not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
5. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or returns requests.

We reserve the right NOT to accept exchange or returns received after 7 days from the Invoice date.
